The Five Behaviors® is a team development program based on Patrick Lencioni's book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team." This team building workshop has several formats and includes an efficient, anonymous survey to collect perspectives from team members that customizes the workshop experience.
Everything DiSC® is a personality assessment based on four dimensions (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) that helps individuals understand communication styles for better teamwork and productivity.
